Very professional in both business and workmanship
I have worked with Travis on multiple projects. Travis is very detail orientated and always puts the customer's needs first. The team at White's does great work and works diligently to restore the homeowners property after a loss.
I had never had water in my basement, but after a water heater bit the dust I ended up needing someone to look into some water damage. White's restoration was not the first call I made, but they were the first to respond. The office was helpful and quickly got me scheduled (like within the hour) for their project manager to swing by. Rudy the project manager was tremendously helpful and helped to put our mind at ease showing us how the problem was not as severe as originally thought. He then went above and beyond to help us get the carpets dried out/problem solved. Should I ever need restoration work done in the future, White's will be the first call I make. Should I meet anyone who needs restoration work done, White's will be the first recommendation I make.
White's was so amazing after our garage fire. It was such an emotional event for us, and it was an incredible relief to have someone like White's help coordinate and manage the cleanup. They took a lot of stress off of us. The work crews were incredibly courteous and thorough when cleaning our belongings, removing damaged materials, and doing the smoke mitigation. They were so respectful, quiet, and careful to not disrupt us, which is huge for me because I work from home. God forbid we never have another fire...but if we do, we know exactly who we'll call--White's.

We had an flooding emergency and frantically called all over Rochester. This company responded immediately and sent two wonderful people our way to help. These guys were so courteous and helpful. None of the other companies we called took time to call us back. This company was so quick on the response and we are so very thankful! As a result of their attention and response, we should have minimal damage. Thank you so much!!!Since this post, I have now been told that someone named "Rudy" will contact me. Not so much. I call almost every day and I now think that Rudy does not exist. Each day I am told that "Rudy is out". Not ONCE has he returned a single phone call and have been told on numerous occasions by the secretary that he will stop by...NOT. Then I called, and the secretary told me that we had already called that morning. NO, I told her that messages were not being forwarded. Then, I have been connected to someone named Travis. Asked him to submit the two needs to my insurance. One for mitigation (that I really did myself) as my husband and I did this...not them. Then for the damage help and the next for construction. I talked with him and he told me that once insurance approves, they will move forward. I asked him to submit the estimate on July 3. Still has not been done, and NO one returns calls. My insurance carrier called today and they STILL have not been sent anything. Very disappointed. Either you want business or not. As a company....customer service...not very helpful. The two guys that showed up the night of our disaster are the heroes. Not the company!I will send a message to the Better Business Bureau for investigation.So as another follow up, Whites were supposed to be here on 07/26/2023 at 8:00 a.m.. I took time off from my work and used vacation time. Got a call at 9:00 that the sheetrock guy "Luis".... was sent to another job" He stated it was an emergency I have to add that what sheet rock person is a emergency? Sheet rock is part of repair. He very clearly stated to me that mine was not important. I have been waiting since June 21. Be careful using this company. We were not important. I am submitting another complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the company. I did submit a message to my contacts that as we are in a drought, to be very careful who you hire.I also submitted some information to the Rochester Downtown Alliance. Do your research. Be careful who you hire.I was mildly impressed that the owner actually came to my home and saw what we were living in. He witnessed all the furniture displaced in several rooms and actually took the time to talk with me. I do think his first concern was with the better business bureau complaint, but did listen and tried to get me to retract. I did not. The next few weeks were trying for him. I may not refer this company, but after all the complaints I sent, they finally showed up. I actually give this business owner credit as he took time to talk with me in person and made efforts to make things right. It took a lot of work and time, but my room is now done...still was not timely, but I will give credit where credit is due. People should not have to fight so hard and then be asked to just accept. I pay insurance, and this was approved...still waited 8 weeks.

Rudy is an absolute master of his craft. He gave us a detailed rundown of the issue and some genuine piece of mind. I cannot recommend White's and Rudy enough.
Staff and management seem very nice. If I were in need, I would definitely call them.

I had a pipe underneath my kitchen break when I was sleeping during the evening and woke up to find a huge mess. My entire basement pretty much has to be redone including sheet rock, ceiling everything carpeting, I do mean almost everything in my basement. That’s not to even mention the hardwood floors up in my kitchen and hallway and throughout my house.. I can easily say that I have never worked with a more professional, courteous, on time customer oriented company than Whites. I would recommend them to anyone. If you choose any other company other than Whites you are a fool. I can tell you that this situation has been so incredibly stressful and they’ve managed to work with my insurance and get here the next day and get things all taken care of. Please don’t use anyone else.

We had water damage back in October 2021 which left us with a hole in our ceiling and an unusable bathroom. Between insurance and changes within the company, it took us a while before we were able to move forward. It was well worth the wait allowing us to work with Darryl. He was very helpful in walking us through the process of what to expect with the repairs. He took great care of our property and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Not only is he kind and respectful, but he took the time to talk with our son who is a huge fan of “Darryl the damage guy.” He did an excellent job with our repairs and we would 100% work with him again! We recently had a pipe burst in one of our rental properties. After talking with the plumber who fixed the pipe, we decided to hire White's to do the demo and restoration. Every single person we encountered throughout the process was very helpful. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and it looks great. Specifically, Morgan and Darryl stood out to me. When I had a question, Morgan would do whatever she could to answer that for me as quickly as possible. Darryl was doing the majority of the rebuild and did a great job. I am a first time home owner, and we came back to our house on Christmas Day with water damaged floor in the kitchen from a pipe leak. I didn’t know what to do but found them on Google and took the chance on calling despite being a holiday. They responded fairly quickly and walked me through what to expect. They didn’t think they need to come out that night, as it had already been days, but offered to do so if I insisted. They came the next morning, and I met Kaula Roeun, who was assigned to my case. He is the only one I would work with again from Whites, as he is very responsive and very professional. He would answer or call back soon if I had any questions. He was with me every step of the way.Unfortunately, I could not say the same about his colleagues who helped out on the case. Some of my counters had to be removed, and two new faces came on the last day of the job to work on it. One of them was playing on the phone while the other worked. Despite knowing I have dogs in the kitchen, they left stray nails on the floor that I had to pull out myself after they left. While their previous colleagues placed protective plastic covering to protect my cabinets after they were taken out, these two did not. When I asked them about it, they said it was not necessary, and placed my cabinets directly on the ground of my garage, knowing it is winter and there’s always snow melts from the cars. They said the sloping of the floor in the garage would prevent them from getting wet. Unfortunately they became wet…If you choose to work with Whites, I would only ask to work with Kaula Roeun only. Unfortunately, since it is a busy season, and there were multiple projects he was working on, he was not the one to work on the entirety of the projects, and had to delegate some tasks to his coworkers who did not have nearly the same passion/professionalism for their job.

We are currently going through a flooded kitchen and water damage through to our downstairs ceiling. Tony has been in charge of the team of guys who have helped us and he has made such a stressful situation so much easier on us. He has been incredibly courteous and has answered many questions and even has helped us after hours. He came to our house within hours of our call due to the flooding and got all of the correct information to our insurance company timely so we were approved to start treatment right away. They were able to come out the following day and prevent any further damage. Umon and Jesse came out to do the treatments and apply all the dryers and they were both super kind, courteous and professional.We’re not quite done with our treatment, but we couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve had with Whites. I hope to never have to, but if we did they’d be the first company we would call without question.

As homeowners of less than 1 year, we were shocked when our township's sewage system backed into our finished basement on August 7th, 2021. The stormwater overflowed into the town's sewage manholes and caused black water/solid waste to enter our home and at least 14 other family's homes in our neighborhood. La Crosse, Wisconsin took on about 6 in of rain within 1 hour and we watched sewage come up through our basement shower and laundry room drain, like a nightmare. We quickly called 911/fire department. A firefighter stood at the top of our stairs peering down at the 6 inches of poop water and said "I'm sorry this is not an emergency." This happened to the other 14 families as well. The town claims no liability. We were in the basement as it was happening, watching the brown sewage (from the town's main sewage line) quickly seep into our finished basement's carpet, walls, and all of our possessions. 1 hour after the flooding, all local restoration companies were already all booked out 5 to 7 days. This was a hazard that had to be dealt with immediately. We got a hold of White's and they were out to our house within 4 hours and started working around 11p.m. they spent about a week in our basement removing the liquid and solids, ripping out drywall, carpeting, and then finally drying out the studs and sanitizing the surfaces. This situation was by far the most stressful thing we have ever dealt with. White's was there for us when we needed them, and if there were any issues along the way, the owner heard us out and took care of them in a professional and caring manner. If you have a large emergency, I would suggest trying to request an estimate before work begins, however, not all situations can wait more than a couple hours for resolution. Our situation was EXTREMELY involved. I have attached photos of our basement before, during and a few updates. We are very slowly re-finishing the entire basement and have since installed a backflow preventer, so the towns sewage will not back up into our house next time.
We called White's on a Friday afternoon when the power went out in our home, our sump pump stopped working, and water started flooding our basement. Their team responded within the hour and immediately began removing water from both our hard surface and carpeted areas. Our basement is now dry and ready to be put back together. In addition to the great work the response team completed, we had the opportunity to work directly with the owner in response to some questions we had about the process and his response and attention to our needs was nothing short of outstanding. As with any large scale work being done in your home, I strongly recommend requesting a cost estimate before work begins, but if you have water damage and you want it addressed quickly and correctly, White's will do just that!

An initial inspection was performed. Then we were given an explanation of what they would do to remedy the situation. When the service personnel arrived, they used a meter to read moisture content in the area and materials affected. They applied an antibacterial spray to damp areas and carpet. They cleaned all the water off the floor and dried the carpet for over 24 hours. We are very satisfied with the work they provided. Our furnace room and adjoining closet are in the same condition as before the water damage occurred. Everyone was courteous. They told us what to expect and that is what happened.

These guys are awesome. We had a fridge leak water for about 24 hours causing a huge disaster for us. I called White's and just as they said, they were at our house in about an hour. In the very unfortunate event that you have to use someone like this, make sure its them. They are on top of everything and I can't give them enough praise.

White's came on-site promptly and got the damaged area opened and cleaned. They also got drying equipment in place and monitored it over the next couple of weeks as the process continued. Wow! Same day service, amazing! I called to have a moisture issue that my pre-inspector said was along a whole wall. They were able to come look at it, and were even 20 minutes early. They use thermal imaging technology, which showed no water in my wall. Thanks guys! Will use again in the future.
